Things Liars Say by Sara Ney
A #ThreeLittleLies Novella
New Adult, College Romance
Published: July 30, 2015
Yes, sparks fly. That's why this book is intended for those 17+ Foul language, and sexual content.
This is a sweet, new adult/college romance that brings about the good things that can come from “meeting someone online”. Now, when I first saw the title I immediately thought this book was going to be about a queen bee who is ultimately a liar. However, instead of getting a sassy miss priss, the heroine (Greyson) is quite sweet and charming. I really adored her character. She is definitely not who I thought she was going to be so this was a pleasant surprise. This book not only brings about a cool and unique plot (meeting someone online through a little white lie), but a unique way of relaying the story. The story is told in the traditional way of course, but the author also adds in the couple’s communication through twitter, email, and text messaging. I liked this because it made for not only a faster read but a fun way for us to see the budding relationship of Greyson and Cal.
Overall, I did enjoy this story. It fun, fast faced, and shows the growth of a really sweet relationship for the two main characters. Moreover, I liked it because the story wasn’t one of those insta love types. Instead, we get to see their relationship grow over weeks. The communication aspect of the story is key to their relationship and the author portrays this wonderfully.
You can read this book for FREE on kindle unlimited. There are 2 other stories that go along with them. Each novella is a standalone with an HEA. I would rate this particular book as 4 stars!
