Pretty Little Book Review
Release Date: March 23, 2014
Genre: Romantic Comedy
Tara Sivec is the queen of writing the type of romantic comedies that make you laugh so hard that you end up crying. How she comes up with this stuff? I do not know, but I hope that she comes up with more in the future. Now that I have read the entire Chocolate Lovers and Chocoholics series I am a bit sad because I can't imagine living without these characters in my life. So I hope the author will consider another spin-off (c'mon, Charlotte and Gavin as parents, or their kids?) because these books are too good to be over! Seriously... I need more of them in my life. Or else I will wind up reading both of these series over and over again.
With that being said, this book is the second book in the Chocoholics series. While it can technically be read as a standalone, I would highly recommend reading them in series order. Also, in order to FULLY understanding Tyler, Ava, and the rest of the characters, you should read the Chocolate Lovers series (in order) first. I promise, you won't regret it!
So I am going to keep my review of this novel short and sweet because it was published a few years ago. The most important thing you should get from this review? Is my recommendation to READ IT. Seriously... If you haven't already and you are a fan of romantic comedies then you NEED this series in your life.
Read the Entire Series
As I mentioned above, this story can stand on it's own but I highly recommend reading the series in order as the secondary characters play major roles in each book.
The Chocoholics series
THE CHOCOLATE LOVERS SERIES
If you haven't already, I highly recommend reading this series prior to starting the Chocoholics series. This is because the Chocoholics series is a spin-off of this series. These three books tell about the characters parents (who play major roles in the chocoholics series). You'll have a better understanding of everyone if you do. And, it's an amazing series.
