Like everyone else, I’m intrigued. Even after I spoil my chance at a good first impression, he still offers me a proposition I can’t refuse: play his girlfriend at a family function and he’ll hire me as his real estate agent. Welcome to love in the 21st century.
It’s too bad I underestimated Adam’s irresistible charm and the undeniable attraction that burns between us. The day he pins me to the wall and silences me with a kiss, the line between reality and ruse begins to blur. Every teasing touch brings me to my knees. Every kiss promises more.
It looks like my hot mess of a life is about to get a little hotter.

She's a hot mess, real estate agent with a big heart and a sarcastic sense of humor. He's new to town, and turns out to also be the new vet. On the outside it seems like they are total opposites. But when they come together... Well, no one will understand the magnitude of the quakes they will send out...
The Foxe & the Hound is a laugh out loud romantic comedy! If your a fan of authors like Tara Sivec, Meghan Quinn, or Jana Aston then R.S. Grey is right up your alley. This is my first book by the author and I already have my 1 click finger ready to grab another one. I simply cannot resist! I mean, this book made me swoon, laugh, and charmed the pants off me (well, not literally- but close!). I may have a serious crush on the heroine, Madeleine. She's smart, sassy, and one of the most hilarious characters I have come across in a long time. She's also a major klutz, endearingly sarcastic, and downright shameless! I loved her to pieces and I couldn't get enough. Out hero is a sexy vet- somewhat brooding in the beginning, but completely charming as you get to know him. He swooned me just as much as the heroin and for that, they may be my favorite book couple of the year! SQUEE!!! I highly recommend this book to all romance junkies out there. Especially if you like a down to earth type of book that will make your cheeks hurt from smiling so much and your belly ache from all the laughs. OH! And I don't want to leave out Mouse. He's also a fantastic character- he drools a lot, likes to jump hot men in the streets and get them muddy, and has no sense of the word no. He's also a dog but, whatever. He's an important character in the book and makes it even better then it would have been had he not been in it! :D
I think it's pretty clear from my rant above that I absolutely loved this book. And when I love a book as much as this one I have to recommend it to all my reading friends. Trust me, this book is divine and a must read! So grab your copy today. You don't know what your missing!!!
