But now that she's gone, would I have made those same choices?
I'd walked away like I was supposed to. I'd kept my distance. I'd bent over backward to keep Lake pure, but she's no longer that girl, and I don't know if I can stay away anymore. I only know I don't want to. She's still everything I want and nothing I should ever have, but if anyone can move the stars, it's her great bear in the sky.

My Rating: 4.5 stars
Move the Stars is the 4th book in the epic series, Something in the Way. Normally, I wouldn't say a book was epic, but this series truly IS. There's a lot going on though, and many readers will not like what the characters are doing in the book (view spoiler) but everything feels right. It didn't matter to me what was going on with Lake and Manning in New York. I could have cared less that he was a married man and in love with someone else. And I felt nothing for the characters that were being potentially destroyed by their actions. I just wanted and NEEDED to see these two get their HEA. Do they though? It's sure a hard fight, something that takes over a decade to finally figure out for these two. If you want to know what happens then I suggest reading it...
If you haven't read the series ** it needs to be read in order ** then you don't need to read the rest of my review. I don't want to spoil anything for readers who need to experience it for themselves. But if you HAVE and know the story surrounding Lake and Manning, then I can tell you that this one is just as angsty, just as emotional, and just as maddening as the first two books. miscommunication, missed connections, and ultimately anything that would go wrong for these two does. But you will get solace in the fact that there is closure in this one... You just have to READ IT to find out which direction this closure takes you.
Did you know, I literally found out TODAY that Jessica is writing a 4th book in the series? I am so excited that I practically jumped up and down when I read it. These characters need more!! Leaving it as this one ended simply wasn't enough for me, so I am SUPER excited that another book is in the making for February 2018. Stay tuned because the second that one hits the shelves I am grabbing it!!!
Anyway, if you like angsty, forbidden, and epic romances that span a large length of time that will make you all sorts of emotional then you need this book and the series. If you don't like cheating or love triangles then I would definitely skip it though. Because there is some of that going on and it was maddening!!!!!!!!! I was able to look past it though because I tend to keep an open mind about all books I read.
